I cannot recognize which theater is equipped with what kind of sound system.

Guys you have serious bug. I cannot buy ticket (after midnight) for movies which are on 1am. In your program they are in Yesterday which is not displayed. I checked your newly created ticket boxes, there you keep displaying today until there is at least one movie left for that day.

Critical error alive for a long long time. If you try to book the ticket, youve just get error message "Cant connect to M-Gen". 3bb or AIS doesnt matter.

App became totally unusable

It makes me confused and my head is spinning every time I use this app. Please improve your user interface. The only major change that makes this version better than the previous is that it finally fits the resolution of an iPhone 6/6s Plus.

This app is shocking in its uselessness. The designers clearly have no idea of how people actually want to use this app. Theyve made it pretty but lacking functionality like seeing the movie times at a particular theater. In the "now showing" section, theres all sorts of nonsense about upcoming films. Terrible update. Avoid.

Jut bad, "Design over functionality". The purpose of this app should be to let potential customers find showtimes and book seats. The app fails miserably in this. Instead it shows advertisement for movies, a silly road map where you have to select the theater you want by knowing how to drive there, and a selection by "brand" and by "type" that might only make sense to somebody in the accounting department of Major corporation. The website is a bit better, but it does not work well on iPhones. Dhu

Old version was ugly but could be used. This "upgrade" while looks prettier is horribly broke. Which idiot decided to go live with this version? SF Cinema app is 100x easier to use. I will start to go their for movies until this app is upgraded. I dont need my headache just to figure out when I should be going to the theatre. Also your M Gen and M Cash system is confusing. Why the F do you need separate logins? What type of monkeys do you have working at the highest level of your company. Idiots. All around.

Nothing good to say about update. Worse in every way

The new version of this app crashes and freezes on the ad screen when you launch the app. Makes me not want to go to the theatre when I am bombarded with ads. It is bad enough that Major shows 30 minutes of ads before the start of each movie. Previews for horror flicks before Disney movies... the issues go on with this company and this App

Very well organized app where you can check showtime, watch trailers, see upcoming and schedules of new movies as well as buy or reserve tickets. This app is also smart enough to check nearby theatres near you and let you save your favorite theatres. And my favorite feature is that it has a ticket tab to see your purchased tickets. Best movie app!

Cant open app after the last major update.

Latest update need to be launched from portrait mode only and then lock in portrait mode only. Unusable in landscape mode!!!

Difficult to find info. Phone number useless. Purchase ticket error They should go out of business for such crappy effort. They are the best place in Chiang mai to view movie, so they will be around
